Buddy C. is a businessman, father, podcaster, and spiritual seeker since his early teens. Buddy made remarkable spiritual progress when he started questioning his belief systems when they did not help with his alcohol addiction. Through 12 Step recovery and open-mindedness to spiritual ideas outside of his comfort zone, Buddy has been sober for over 12 years as of this writing.

With an online search, Buddy’s story can be found on numerous recovery podcasts. He is from Atlanta, Georgia, and chairs a weekly podcast titled “The Tao of Our understanding Alcohol Recovery Podcast.” He sponsors men in alcohol recovery worldwide and attends online and in-person meetings regularly. Buddy has recorded and posted over 400 contemplative recovery meditations in the free app, “Sober Meditations.” He is also an active supporter of Transitions Daily.org, an online recovery group that provides daily podcasts, emails, and community support, to over 18,000 recovering alcoholics worldwide and still growing.
